POWS ONE
My name is 'POWS ONE' and I like to draw. I have been interested in art for as long as I can remember, and have been tattooing since 2005. Before that I spent most of my time doing graffiti art. Also in 2005 I graduated from the University of New Mexico with a bachelors degree in fine art, and another in art history. I believe that all forms of art overlap at some point, and I try to bring this concept to my tattoo work. I have been influenced by the graffiti movement in my personal art, but enjoy working in various genres with regard to tattooing. . . Of course what really gets me going is usually the strange and bizarre; zombies and robots doing graffiti live inside my head, but I'm down for pretty much anything. When I'm not traveling I work out of my studio: "Black List Tattoo Parlour" in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
